At Jigda International, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping guidelines, timelines, and policies for international deliveries.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary for certain products due to supplier availability or pre-order terms. Please note that processing time does not include transit time.
Shipping Times and Rates
We offer international shipping on all products sourced through our platform. Exact shipping timelines are subject to the destination country and shipping method chosen at checkout:
- Standard Shipping typically takes 7-30 business days depending on the destination.
- Expedited/Express Shipping options are available for selected regions at an additional cost and usually take 4-15 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Notification Email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
To check order status, you can also log in to your account on our website and view your order history.
Important Note
- Shipping times may be affected during high-demand seasons or due to factors like customs delays or extreme weather conditions.
- Certain destinations, such as P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, are not serviceable for international shipping.
Returns Policy
Our return policy allows returns solely for products that are eligible. Customers can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., some products sourced via dropshipping may not have a return policy).
Exceptions: Some products are marked as “No Returns” on the product page. Please carefully review product details before purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
If you wish to return a product, contact us at [support@jigda.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
All shipments through Jigda International are delivery duty unpaid (DDU). This means any applicable customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid for by the customer.
- Customers assume full responsibility for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if the parcel is refused upon delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes.
- Jigda International cannot declare items as “gifts” or falsify product values to reduce customs charges.
Order Address Error
If you entered the wrong address during checkout, please contact our customer service team immediately before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
