Jigda International Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. At Jigda International, we aim to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns work for our dropshipping business.

Return Period

  • Our return period is 7 days from the date you receive your product.
  • After 7 days, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns.

How to Make a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Return Request
  • Log in to your account on our website (https://jigda.com).
  • Select the relevant order, review the details, and submit a return request.
  • Alternatively, you can email us at service@jigda.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The name of the item(s) you want to return.
    • Clear images of the product in its current condition (for cases involving defective or damaged products).
    1. Wait for Confirmation
    • One of our team members will review your request within 24 hours.
    • If approved, we will send step-by-step instructions on how to return your product.
    1. Send the Product Back
    • Ship the product to the return address provided in the confirmation email.
    • Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is confirmed as defective or damaged.
    1. Receive Your Refund
    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

    • Items marked as Final Sale.
    • Intimate products (e.g., lingerie, socks, tights).
    • Accessories, except for belts or bags with undamaged packaging.
    • Products where the hygiene seal or liner is broken (e.g., swimwear).

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • Unworn, Unused, and Undamaged: The product must be in its original condition with tags attached.
    • Original Packaging: Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
    • Returns for personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with the product’s style or color, are not accepted.

Important Notes

    • No Exchange Policy
    • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
    • Original Shipping Fees
    • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
    • Accidental Returns or Incorrect Items
    • Please double-check your return package before shipping it back. Items from other stores will not be returned to you.
    • Defects Not Covered
    • Issues such as slight differences in color due to monitor settings, loose threads, and sizing discrepancies are not considered quality issues.
    • Products damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or self-modifications will not be accepted for return.

Where is My Refund?

  1. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  2. Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 5 business days from processing.
  3. Online Payment Providers (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be sent within 5 business days after processing.
  4. Once issued, we recommend contacting your payment provider for specific posting times.
  5. For orders paid fully through Store Credit, products are considered Final Sale and are not returnable.
